Open a browser from a computer or wireless device that is linked to the network.
Enter website routerlogin.net or http://www.routerlogin.com in the address field of the browser. A login screen appears.
Enter the username and password of the router. The username should be admin and the default password is password. The username and password should be case-sensitive. The main Home page displays.
Select ADVANCED > Administration > Backup Settings.
Choose the Back-Up button and Click on it.
Specify a location on your computer and Click the Save button to save settings on your computer.
Restore Configuration Settings
To restore configuration settings that you save are:
Go to the browser from your device that is set up to the network.
Enter website routerlogin.net or http://www.routerlogin.com in the address bar of the browser. A login screen appears.
Enter the router username and password. The username is an admin. The default password is password. The username and password are case-sensitive. The BASIC Home screen displays.
Select ADVANCED > Administration > Backup Settings. The Backup Settings screen displays.
Now, Click on the Browse button and select the .cfg file.
Click the Restore button. The file is uploaded to the router and the router reboots.
Erase the Current Configuration Settings
You can erase and restore the configuration of factory default settings. You can erase the configuration settings if you move the router to a different network.
To erase configuration settings:
Open web browser from a computer or wireless device that is attached to the network.
Enter website routerlogin.net or routerlogin.com in the address field of the web browser. A login screen displays.
